Ask the staff for “today’s pie,” and they’ll tell you what Sagan baked that morning; quantities are limited, and it’s first come, first served with no reservations</p><p>Whole pies are also available for preorder, for pickup at Rockwell, Katipunan, or Alabang, and they tend to sell out quickly, so be sure to reserve yours early. If you’re enjoying a slice at UCC Mentore, pairing it with a coffee is highly recommended—“so my dad lets us all stay,” Sagan jokes.</p><p>Speaking of Sagan’s dad, he’s the reason this pop-up was even possible. As the owner of UCC Mentore Proscenium, he offered chiller space and let her set up a daily slice counter after she vented about Christmas deliveries and holiday logistics.
