It’s a conversation starter.</p><p>Starting <strong>June 18</strong>, just in time for Father’s Day, Cheesecake by Chele introduces two new flavors that contrast beautifully: a Parmesan Cheesecake and a Nutella Cheesecake. One leans sharp and salty, the other soft and nostalgic. </p><p>Both were inspired by Italy, says Chef Chele Gonzalez.</p><div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/17817502326562.jpg" style="width:960px" class="fr-fic fr-dib" width="960"/></div><p>The <strong>Parmesan Cheesecake</strong> is rich and creamy, pushing cheesecake into more savory-leaning territory. “Parmesan, I just love it, as something salty, something unique and cheesy,” says Chele. Each slice is finished with Parmesan freshly shaved from a Parmigiano wheel. A sophisticated dessert to linger over with a glass of wine.</p><p>The <strong>Nutella Tarta de Queso</strong> is soft-set and custardy in the Spanish torta de queso style, folded with chocolate-hazelnut, and is deliciously decadent and yet familiar.
