flavors,” this is a beer made for a new generation of Filipino drinkers.</p><div><br/></div><p>Wheat ales are beers are brewed with a good amount of malted wheat which gives the drink a lightness of flavor and smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Cerveza Blanca is made with 100% malt, composed of a combination of barley malt and wheat malt. A special food pairing menu was created by Chef Christian Manawis to showcase the flavors of two San Miguel beers fresh from tap: the new Cerveza Blanca and the San Miguel Cerveza Negra, a full-bodied dark lager.
