This Is Where Sunday Brunch Gets Its Groove Back

This series of spectacular themed brunches will let you feast on a beloved Italian nonna's favorite dishes to the most popular Southeast Asian streetfood!

The way we eat outside our private spaces has changed dramatically, restricted seating capacity, strict safety rules, and all the fuss about wearing protective gear take the joy out of experiencing a real dining ambience.  If you've been relying on delivery services for a while, perhaps it's time to venture out of your home and dine out once more. We suggest the themed Sunday brunches at Novotel Manila, with a different theme every Sunday of March. Check out the details:

The Cultural Palate every Sunday Brunch

Beginning March, Novotel Manila's all-day dining restaurant, the Food Exchange Manila, will present a spectacular all-you-can-eat Sunday brunch dining concept called The Cultural Palate, with live cooking stations and platters. You can enjoy delicious carvings such as crispy pork belly and the finest seafood selections from mud crab to prawns, cheese and charcuterie, and celebrated cuisines from across the region cooked by the culinary experts of Novotel Manila.

Ode to Nonna by Chef Massimiliano

On March 6, executive chef Massimiliano Pauletto presents a themed Sunday brunch that tells the story of his Italian heritage with a buffet spread that showcases his special gastronomic memories of his (grandmother) Nonna Esterina's passionate cooking favorites.

Fisherman's Catch

From the sea to your plate, Food Exchange Manila's Fisherman's Catch brings you the freshest flavors from the sea. On March 13, the themed Sunday burnch will take your palates on an unforgettable ocean adventure, with luscious dishes crafted from responsibly-sourced seafood like mussels, oysters, clams and prawns that you may choose to enjoy grilled, baked or doused in sauce of your choice. Good to note that Novotel Manila actively supports sustainable fishing, which is why the hotel offers responsibly sourced seafood.

K (kalye) - Pop!

On March 20, get a taste of what's POPular from the streets of Asia! Kalye Pop (KPOP) is a must-try mouthwatering gustatory adventure that will transport you to your favorite Asian cities through Southeast Asia's staple street food from Manila, Singapore, Bangkok, Jakarta and Hanoi.

Mumbai Express

And on March 27, enjoy delectable Indian cuisine that pays homage to its traditional roots. The Food Exchange's Indian-inspired Sunday brunch buffet will whet your hunger with such selections as lobster biryani, crab coconut curry, and roasted chicken tandoor, as well as roasted lamb leg, seafood curry, and more!

Don't forget dessert. Check out the Indulge Gelato expanded menu with its variety of baked goods, breads, select sugar-free pastries, and new gelato flavors. The perfect way to end a long, slow, delicious Sunday brunch.
