We spy some pie! Shake Shack teams up with Tilde Bakery & Kitchen to present a limited edition Apple Pie Oh My Concrete that combines Shake Shack’s vanilla frozen custard blended with Tilde’s handcrafted French apple pie. This sensational dessert is only available until February 5.
Keeping it local
A community bakery located in the charming foodie neighborhood of Kapitolyo, Pasig, Tilde Bakery & Kitchen was started by childhood friends Ginny Roces de Guzman (former founder of Sugarhouse) and Chiqui Lara, who wanted to create a delicious space where they could create one-of-kind cakes and pies. With everything made in-house daily, Tilde’s handcrafted baked creations highlight the use of locally-sourced ingredients and the skills of the bakers, most of who have been with them since they started out as a small café in the back streets of Poblacion, Makati.

Here's another reason to indulge in Apple Pie Oh My Concrete: 5 percent of sales will be donated to support CENTEX, Ayala Foundation’s holistic education program that promotes student, parent and teacher development in underserved Filipino communities. This is part of Shake Shack’s mission to Stand for Something Good® program that supports local communities and commits to sourcing real, premium ingredients.
You’ll be happy to know that The Concrete’s frozen custard is made with real sugar, no corn syrup and milk from dairy farmers who pledge never to use artificial growth hormones.
Available variants are: Calamansi Pie Oh My, which has vanilla custard blended with Wildflour calamansi pie; and Coconut Pie Oh My, vanilla custard blended with Wildflour coconut pie and toasted coconut.
