M Bakery Celebrates 4th Anniversary With 4 New Desserts

Since opening its world-renowned bakery in BGC in 2018, M Bakery has provided freshly-baked classic American desserts to discerning Filipino foodies. And in just four years, it has established itself as a dessert staple that you go to whether you're celebrating something special or just craving for a little sweet indulgence. 

What sets this bakery apart is the way it brings a little taste of New York to Manila, a strategy that has been so successful that in four years, the bakery has sold over a million of its best sellers, like its signature cupcakes and the famous banana pudding. M Bakery attributes its success to its old-fashioned philosophy of “baking from scratch, in small batches, and using only the finest ingredients.” This winning formula, coupled with local creativity, produced exclusive Pinoy flavors such as the ube cupcakes, calamansi cheesecake, and Chocnut Banana Pudding alongside signature New York faves like the Carrie vanilla cupcake, blueberry jamboree and banana pudding. 

For its fourth anniversary, M Bakery introduces four new dessert creations as a way of saying “thank you” to loyal fans. And here they are unveiled! 

Orange Cream Soda Pudding

Bursting with refreshing orange flavors (and bits) in every bite, this Orange Cream Soda Pudding is the perfect sweet and tangy dessert combining orange juice, vanilla wafers and mandarin oranges with their famous vanilla pudding. Instead of the usual bananas, this pudding has zesty sweet mandarin oranges whose flavor will remind you of the orange-flavored popsicles of your childhood. Available in three sizes, we suggest placing an advance order for party bowls — they'll be a hit at the next children's party!  

S'Mores Banana Pudding

Of course you want more S'mores for dessert!  M Bakery takes this yummy treat to the next level with this new campfire-worthy treat. Chocolate pudding is layered with Graham crackers, marshmallow fluff, marshmallows, bananas and, just to sweeten the deal even more, a generous serving of chocolate chips! It’s gooey, melty and chocolatey. Like the Orange Cream Soda Pudding, this is available in three flavors and you can  preorder party bowls in sizes good for eight or 20.

Banana Pudding Cookie

The iconic banana pudding becomes a whole new dessert! This handmade cookie has all the taste of the cult favorite banana pudding, packed with white chocolate chips, vanilla wafers, and M Bakery’s famous Banana Pudding mix. Enjoy it on its own or paired with the classic banana pudding. We also think it goes beautifully with freshly-brewed coffee! 

Fully Loaded Icebox Pie

Double down on that chocolate fixation with this brand new icebox pie. This decadent cool treat makes use of two of your favorite chocolate candy bars: the crunchy classic Kitkat and the creamy melt-in-your mouth Milky Way. The chocolatey double fudge brownie crust is layered with slightly tangy cream cheese filling, rich fudge icing and topped with all the fixings anyone can dream of – whipped cream, caramel drizzle, mini chocolate chips, chopped Kit Kat bars, and chunks of Milky Way bars.  Place an advance order for a 9-inch pie or drop by the store to enjoy it in bar form.
