<p>Built on the promise to deliver handmade, traditional Italian pasta at affordable prices, Dal Moro Fresh Pasta To Go has been a crowd favorite for over a decade. And now they’re coming to the Philippines—a brick-and-mortar store will open soon at One Ayala Mall in Makati. </p><div><br/></div><p>The fast-casual restaurant was founded in 2012 by Chef Gabriele Dal Moro, and specialized in authentic pasta dishes cooked in front of you, and served in handy to-go containers. The pasta noodles are all egg-free.</p><div><br/></div><p>Customize with your choice of sauce, from classic Americana, Fruitti di Mare and Nero di Seppia. Vegetarian options are pesto, Mamma Rosa, alla Norma, all Formaggi, and the cacio e pepe. For vegans, there’s the pomodoro, Napoletana, and Aglio Olio sauces.
