As one of the first third wave cafes in the metro, Yardstick Coffee has earned its place in place in the hearts of the loyal patrons of its branch in Legazpi Village. For years, it's been a real community hub, an essential stop in the daily routine of its regulars. So you can imagine the worry when this was posted yesterday:

But don't worry, guys! The guys behind Yardstick Coffee assured us that they are just closing temporarily to renovate, and that when the beloved neighborhood cafe reopens it will be revitalized and even better than before.
