It’s a state of being. It’s when you feel radiant from within, when your self-love is louder than your doubts and insecurities, and your confidence comes from taking care of your body and soul.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>What makes you feel the most beautiful?</strong></div><p>I feel most beautiful when I’m in flow. I used to focus so much on how my body looked. Now, I’m more interested in how it feels. For me right now it&#x27;s all about what&#x27;s going on internally.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>How do you take care of your skin and body after a long day of shooting or traveling?</strong></div><p>I reset by cleansing deeply and doing a full body routine: scrub and lotion. I also try to drink a lot of water and stretch out the tension. It’s a way of saying thank you to my body.</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>How does self-care affect your confidence on set or on stage?</strong></div><p>When I’ve taken care of myself, I show up more grounded. My energy is better.</p><div><strong><br/></strong></div><div><strong>What’s one unexpected bodycare step that people might not know you do?</strong></div><p>This is not really a body care routine but like it’s part of it.
