<p>Filipino fans gathered to finally meet award-winning Korean actor <strong>Ju Ji Hoon</strong>, who greeted them with just as much excitement during his first fanmeeting in the Philippines last August 2 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater. His fan service? The best! He even went around the venue to greet and high-five his fans. </p><p>Ju Ji Hoon nearly turned the fan meet into a selfie party. It was the kind of playful, up-close fan service that proves his charm goes way beyond the screen—and his Filipino fans got the full front-row experience.</p><p>“I’m so happy to meet you all tonight, and I hope we have a wonderful time together,” began the model-turned-actor who rose to fame by starring in the 2006 cult favorite K-drama, <strong><em>Princess Hours</em></strong>. </p><p><strong></strong>He’s not just a prince on TV but a king of awards. Jihoon is a fan favorite because he’s an acting powerhouse. In fact, during one of his visits to the Philippines, he went on to explore Filipino cuisine. He even shared that he’s visited local markets to try native dishes whenever he travels to the country outside of work.</p><p>“I don’t remember the exact name of the dish, but I remember eating some kind of fried rice and also having chicken with rice. I also tried iceshaved dessert a while ago. The character that I am going through right now is asking me to have a more defined body. A classic throwback!</strong></div><p>Out of all the dramas he’s done, one line stands out above the rest: “You’re the first woman to make me feel like this.“</p><p>“It’s a line I said during <em>Princess Hours</em>,” shared Jihoon, who played the dashing crown prince Lee Shin. Well, who would forget this line?! He shared an adlib that became his personal motto.
