<p>The star-studded <strong>46th Blue Dragon Film Awards </strong>was held on November 19 at the KBS Hall in Yeouido, Seoul. An annual awards ceremony, presented by <em><strong>Sports Chosun</strong></em>, the event recognizes excellence in film in South Korea.
