<p><strong>Rockwell</strong> and<strong> 9 Works Theatrical</strong>&#x27;s production of &quot;<strong>A Christmas Carol, The Musical</strong>&quot; is finally here, and we&#x27;re feeling the holiday spirit with a tinge of heartwarming nostalgia in this staging of a classic. </p><div><strong></strong></div><p>In this adaptation of <strong>Charles Dickens</strong>’ timeless tale, the audience meets the iconic character <strong>Ebenezer Scrooge</strong>, played by <strong>Arnel Carrion</strong>. Today, Scrooge&#x27;s encounters with three ghosts—the Ghost of Christmas Past, the Ghost of Christmas Present, and the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come—put many of our life experiences into perspective, serving as a constant reminder that it&#x27;s never too late to change.</p><p><strong>Tim Yap</strong> echoed that sentiment, as he told <strong>Metro.Style</strong>, &quot;I loved everything from start to finish. I love that it sends a message of hope. It sends a message of change, that people can change. And I think it&#x27;s the perfect year-end show to watch after everything that the country has been through, after everything that we&#x27;ve been through personally, professionally, all the highs and lows. He said, &quot;I loved it when the ghosts came out. I loved it when the children danced... I loved the tap dance sequence. I loved the Ghost of Christmas Past. I loved the present tense of Christmas. And I loved that the way the production expressed the future. There were a lot of parts that were very eerie, and a lot of parts were festive. It has everything.&quot;</p><p style="text-align:left">Tim also credited the cast for their amazing performances, saying, &quot;All of them were so good—from Ebenezer to everyone, to Tiny Tim. Everyone was amazing. I was laughing. I was crying. I wanted to dance and join them onstage. <em>Lahat na</em>!&quot;</p><p style="text-align:left">As he was also part of the previous Rockwell and 9 Works Theatrical production, &quot;The Bodyguard The Musical,&quot; Tim was also delighted to see the other features of the Proscenium Theater that were not used for their show. He told Metro.Style, &quot;The musical was amazing. I cried. It was nice to see all the kids interact with everyone. The singing was beautiful. The orchestra was amazing. It was nice to see them here, especially at the Proscenium that&#x27;s very, very new. So, to see this production done here was just amazing to watch. My daughter super enjoyed.&quot; </p><p style="text-align:left">As for his favorite parts, which are definite highlights of the musical, are the moments when the ghosts come out. </p><p style="text-align:left">Fashion/lifestyle writer and content creator <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/DRn9DdfCVfe/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Marie Field Faith</strong></a>, meanwhile, was in awe of the cast&#x27;s talent, highlighting how the voices of the actors were crucial in the storytelling. &quot;We really loved it because we found that the voice modulation of the actors and actresses there, it&#x27;s so good. Watching it, you&#x27;re really going to be in awe of the production.
