This time, Michael embraced more risk and playfulness, especially with color. While he still incorporates signature staples like<strong> black, off-white, </strong>and<strong> oat</strong>, the lineup now introduces richer tones such as <strong>terracotta, chocolate brown, </strong>and<strong> sage lime green.</strong></p><p>He admitted that he was initially unsure how people would respond to the terracotta shade—his boldest color choice yet—but was pleasantly surprised by how well it complements the collection’s white trousers, chocolate brown shorts, and linen pieces.</p><p>“It&#x27;s such strong a statement color that is quite beautiful. I&#x27;m really excited about the new addition of jackets to the capsule - this one in particular - and I&#x27;m definitely going to be traveling with it to Europe this summer,” he said.</p><p>In terms of silhouettes, he reimagines familiar pieces like the <strong>Mystery of Lov</strong><strong>e</strong> shirt—a chiffon staple now cut shorter for a more polished and refined finish, with subtle modifications that elevate its overall look.</p><p>Among the standout pieces are elegant jackets infused with a sportswear edge, including a terracotta linen jacket positioned as the collection’s key item. </p><p>“I’ve also added a really beautiful jacket that’s a great travel piece in navy blue, black and white that you can purchase as a set with trousers, or simply wear as a jacket and easily combine with other pieces. And that one, for instance, just has a really nice detail on the neckline with the collar as well,” he explained.</p><p>Adding to the excitement, Michael revealed that the collection still embraces a unisex direction, as his past collections did. “The heart is still menswear, but the collection remains genderless. I also have quite a few female clients, actually. They love menswear, and are often drawn to the oversized kind of vintage, but modern, elegant feel of clothing.”</p><div><br/></div><div style="text-align:center"><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1774938062850Raul-Michael-Duo_3_11zon.jpg" style="width:700px" class="fr-fic fr-dib"/></div><div><br/></div><div><strong>Where is “The Odyssey” best suited to be worn?</strong></div><p>Michael Seifert made it clear that &quot;The Odyssey&quot; is designed with travelers in mind. “I always love bridging the gap between a resort cruise island vibe and a big city life. So a lot of the pieces are great for places like Mykonos, Tulum, Ibiza.”</p><p>However, the collection is not limited to luxury destinations alone. It is also suited for everyday wear in places like Manila, or even beach escapes such as El Nido and Bali, thanks to its airy fabrics and relaxed, beach-friendly feel.</p><p>For the jackets, Michael emphasized their versatility and styling potential, saying, “If you’re in London, you can dress the jacket up with some denim, some denim pants, and some boots. There’s just really cool ways to mix and match the SEIFERT pieces and keep things versatile and stylish.”</p><p>Beyond fashion and retail, Michael also hopes the collection encourages a more thoughtful approach to dressing, urging consumers to invest in timeless pieces that go beyond seasonal trends.</p><p>“When I look at my collection, I know that these pieces are going to be in fashion and in style in the years to come because there is a little bit of that vintage touch with a modern feel. Meanwhile, for those in Bali—or visiting the island—SEIFERT items are exclusively available at<strong> Maison Sauvage.</strong></p><p>Michael Seifert is also open to the possibility of bringing the brand to Manila. “I’ve had people reach out to me in the Philippines that are also very interested in bringing the brand to Manila, and potentially having an event and show there. That’s something I’m open to in the future.”</p><p>For now, however, his focus remains on strengthening his presence in Bali and expanding further into Europe; he currently splits his time between Bali and Milan. He also hinted at exploring opportunities in Spain during the summer season.</p><p>Hopeful for what lies ahead for SEIFERT, he concluded, “We’ll see where the road takes the brand, but Manila, of course, I think, is also part of the bigger plan down the line.
