Fil-Kiwi Laurence Mossman Feels “Honored” to Be Part of PH’s ‘The Notebook: The Musical’

<p>The Philippine production of <strong>&quot;</strong><strong>The Notebook: The Musical&quot; </strong>has become even more exciting with the announcement that Filipino-Kiwi performer Laurence <strong>Mossman </strong>will take on the role of <strong>m</strong><strong>iddle Noah</strong>.<strong></strong></p><p>Now based in London, Laurence brings an impressive international résumé to the production. Obviously, it was famous because of &#x27;My Days&#x27; and, you know, its Broadway run. But to be able to be part of the international premiere, surrounded by these theater legends and upcoming legends, is just such a wonderful honor,” he said, adding that he feels both nervous and excited.</p><p>As middle Noah, Laurence will star opposite <strong>Morissette</strong>, who has been announced as <strong>m</strong><strong>iddle Allie.</strong> The production also features a distinguished cast that includes <strong>Celeste Legaspi</strong>, <strong>Sheena Belarmino</strong>,<strong> Rody Vera</strong>,<strong> </strong>and<strong> Benedix Ramos</strong>.<strong></strong></p><p>Though humble about his achievements, Laurence already has extensive experience in musical theatre. With his vocal prowess, emotional honesty, and commanding stage presence, Laurence Mossman brings a compelling interpretation to the role.</p><p>“For me, playing middle Noah is very much in that mid part of his life where you&#x27;ve experienced all the puppy love, the honeymoon phases and all the excitement of that which as you go through in your life, it&#x27;s always fun, it&#x27;s always great but there comes a time in life where you realize that what&#x27;s gonna really make things last isn&#x27;t just the puppy love,” Laurence revealed.</p><p>The actor shared that he connects deeply with Noah’s journey. Noah carries an inner tension that is subtle yet powerful: while part of him wants to return to the carefree love of his youth when Allie re-enters his life, his experiences have made him more guarded and mature.</p><p>“But because he has the baggage, because he has experience, has been through war, has loved and lost, I think he has to struggle with himself having something that you really, really want.
