Lovi Poe Is Now a Star Magic Artist

ABS-CBN&#x27;s <strong>Star Magic</strong> just revealed that the multitalented artist is now part of its roster of stars. </p><p>&quot;Say &#x27;lo poe!&#x27; to our newest Star Magic artist, the Lovi-ly #LoviPoe,&quot; read the talent management&#x27;s post. </p><p>In September 2021, the daughter of &quot;Da King&quot; Fernando Poe, Jr. joined the Kapamilya network just as her new series at the time with Piolo Pascual, the <a href="https://metro.style/people/digital-covers/flower-of-evil-starring-piolo-pascual-and-lovi-poe/33296" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Filipino adaptation of the K-drama <em><strong>Flower of Evil</strong></em></a>, was about to be released. </p><p>Now, with this new milestone and new family, there&#x27;s so much that can be expected from this actress, singer, and producer behind <strong>C&#x27;est Lovi Productions</strong>.</p><p>In October last year, she gave birth to her and husband Monty Blencowe&#x27;s first child. Before taking a short break for motherhood and family life in the US, Lovi appeared in the Hollywood movie <em><strong>Bad Man</strong> </em>and starred in the movie <em><strong>Guilty Pleasure</strong> </em>the year before. In a previous Metro.Style interview, Lovi honored his memory by sharing, &quot;[<em>Tito</em> Leo] wasn&#x27;t just a manager. He was like my father figure and my second mother. Basically, everything started with him. Without him, I wouldn&#x27;t be who I am today.&quot; </p><p>Now, with her renewed sense of purpose as a mom and an artist working in front of and behind the camera, Lovi has more sources of motivation to put forth more inspired work. When asked to share some reflections about life in the limelight and choosing what to focus on, Lovi told us, &quot;You do things that make you feel good. I think you just have to do things that make you happy and make you feel good and just don&#x27;t think about the opinion of others because you want to live your life the way that makes you happy. That&#x27;s what I&#x27;ve learned, you know, sometimes, especially in our industry, we tend to impress others or try to impress a lot of people. At the end of the day, they really won&#x27;t do anything for you.
