Pia Wurtzbach’s Novel “Queen of the Universe” Is Based on Her Life Story

The beauty queen and actress talked about her upcoming book and what the readers should expect about its narrative

Now an author, the 33-year-old beauty queen and actress is finally opening pre-orders for her book “<strong>Queen of the Universe</strong>.” Last August 8, Pia revealed more details about the story on her Instagram page. “By the way, here’s my book cover and I can’t wait for you to meet <strong>Cleo</strong>, the main character in my book,” Pia shared. </p><div><br/></div><p>To be released this coming <strong>September</strong> in the Philippines and <strong>November</strong> worldwide, the novel is available for local pre-order via <strong>National Bookstore</strong> and <strong>Fully Booked</strong> and <strong>Amazon</strong> for international shipping. “Stay tuned for launch and book signing schedules. project on hold for quite a long time due to a number of factors including the pandemic. “Now, the time has finally come for me to launch my novel. I’m so excited,” she told us. “We announced it before the pandemic, but then, things happened. We’ll see!” </p><div><br/></div><p>Apart from the character reveal, Pia emphasized that “Queen of the Universe” features a handful of Filipino representations as well. “There are Filipino elements to it—when you read; when you’re a foreigner,” she said, noting that they also fine-tuned the content so that both Filipinos and the global audience can relate. “You can read about the jeep.
