<p><strong>Heart Evangelista</strong> recently posted pictures of her Instagram-famous dog <strong>Panda</strong>, wearing a <strong>Bulgari Serpenti Viper Necklace</strong>. It quickly caught the attention of fur-parents, sparking a trend to showcase their pets wearing necklaces or scarves.
