It further stretches through <strong>free community circles and women’s masterminds across Southeast Asia and beyond, including the Philippines’ first public men’s circle, </strong>upcoming <strong>grief circles, survivor spaces for those healing from sexual abuse and assault, neurodivergent-inclusive SPED (special education) circles, and LGBTQIA+ support communities.</strong></p><div><br/></div><div><strong></strong><strong><br/></strong></div><div><strong>Our Experience at Wellnest Collective and Fuel to Flourish’s Threads of Belonging</strong></div><p>At VIDA Yoga in BGC, Taguig, Wellnest Collective and Fuel to Flourish invited us to <strong>Threads of Belonging: Her Wholeness Rising</strong>–a yoga session unlike any we’d tried before. Instead of immersing ourselves in physical exercises and stretching, we were introduced to a ritual centered on vulnerability, emotional expression, and being genuinely heard.
